Mr Koča Pavlović, Chairperson of the Inquiry Committee, and Mr Milutin Simović, Deputy Chairperson of the Committee, met today with Ms Alexandra Cas-Granje

Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson of the Inquiry Committee informed Director for Montenegro, Macedonia, Turkey and Iceland to the Directorate General for Enlargement of European Commission on Decision of the Parliament of Montenegro to open a parliamentary inquiry and establish this Committee. 

Mr Koča Pavlović, Chairperson of the Inquiry Committee, and Mr Milutin Simović, Deputy Chairperson of the Committee, met today with Ms Alexandra Cas-Granje, Director for Montenegro, Macedonia, Turkey and Iceland to the Directorate General for Enlargement of European Commission and informed her on the Decision of the Parliament of Montenegro to open a parliamentary inquiry and establish the Inquiry Committee for the purpose of collecting information and facts on the events relating to the work of state authorities regarding publishing of audio recordings and transcripts from the meetings of DPS authorities and bodies. On this occasion, they pointed out that the task of the Committee was to collect information, take statements and collect all relevant documents by the state authorities, responsible officials of the Democratic Party of Socialists, on the basis of which facts on the subject of parliamentary investigation could be determined, and the Committee was obliged to prepare a report and submit it to the Parliament for adoption, no later than 7 days since the date of closing the inquiry.
