Commission for Monitoring and Control of the Privatisation Procedure holds its 22nd meeting

At today's 22nd meeting, the Commission for Monitoring and Control of the Privatisation Procedure considered the course of privatisation of the mineral water factory “Bjelasica-Rada” JSC Bijelo Polje.

The following also took part in the meeting: representative of the Employment Office of Montenegro Ms Ranka Đurišić, representative of the Pension and Disability Insurance of Montenegro Mr Stanko Kovačević, representative of the Investment and Development Fund of Montenegro Mr Branislav Janković, Advisor to the Minister of Economy Ms Milica Raičević, authorised representative of the Board of Directors "Bjelasica Rada" JSC Bijelo Polje Mr Nenad Štibilj, coordinator of the Research Centre of the MANS Ms Ines Mrdović, Executive Director of the Company "Bjelasica Rada" JSC Bijelo Polje Ms Tamara Lakićević, President of Trade Union Organisation of "Bjelasica Rada" JSC Bijelo Polje Mr Miraš Joksimović and employee of "Bjelasica Rada" JSC Bijelo Polje Mr Sadik Arslanović.

Following the discussion and expressed positions on the course of privatisation of  the mineral water factory “Bjelasica-Rada” JSC Bijelo Polje and business operations of the factory after the privatisation, members of the Commission stated that conclusions with regard to the control of the privatisation procedure would be adopted at some of the next meetings.

Within the item of the agenda "current issues", members of the Commission agreed that the next meeting of this working body of the Parliament of Montenegro should be devoted to monitoring the privatisation procedure of "Adriatic Shipyard" JSC Bijela.
