In the presence of Director of Directorate for Protection of Confidential Data Mr Savo Vučinić, the Committee considered the amendment submitted by the Government to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Data Confidentiality. After getting informed on the content of the amendment, the Committee noted that it represented harmonisation with the Law on Public Prosecution Office, Law on Special Public Prosecutor’s Office, and Law on Courts.
