At the 55th meeting of the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration, held today, the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Civil Servants and State Employees, submitted by members Marta Šćepanović and Draginja Vuksanović, was unanimously endorsed.
On the subject of the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Misdemeanours, submitted by the Government of Montenegro, the Committee introduced the amendment that was unanimously endorsed.
In addition, the Committee considered and endorsed with majority of votes cast the 2013 Performance Report of the Commission for Prevention of Conflict of Interests.
