At the 94th meeting that was held today, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration considered the amendments (19) submitted to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code by: Mr Goran Danilović (1); Mr Srđan Perić (5); Mr Neven Gošović (4); Ms Snežana Jonica (3); Mr Srđan Perić and Mr Goran Tuponja (4); Ms Draginja Vuksanović and Ms Snežana Jonica (2).
The Committee endorsed the following amendments:
- Amendment 1 by MP Ms Snežana Jonica, not accepted by the representative of the proposer
- Amendment 2 by MP Ms Snežana Jonica and the Amendment 3, submitted by MPs Mr Srđan Perić and Mr Goran Tuponja, accepted by the representative of the proposer in the rephrased form.
The Committee did not endorse the following amendments:
- amendment (1) by MP Mr Goran Danilović
- amendments (5) by MP Mr Srđan Perić
- amendments (4) by MP Mr Neven Gošović
- Amendment 3 by MP Ms Snežana Jonica
- amendments (2) by MPs Ms Draginja Vuksanović and Ms Snežana Jonica
- amendments 1, 2 and 4 by MPs Mr Srđan Perić and Mr Goran Tuponja.
Representative of the proposer did not agree with these amendments as well.
MPs Mr Srđan Perić and Mr Goran Tuponja abandoned the amendment 1.
Following the extention of the agenda, the Committe unanimously decided to submit three amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Public Prosecution Office, submitted by MPs Ms Azra Jasavić, Mr Srđan Perić, Mr Goran Tuponja and Mr Darko Pajović, accepted by the representative of the proposer, thus becoming the integral part of the Proposal for the Law.
