The ceremony will be held at 11:00, in the Blue Room.

On that occasion, the attendees will be addressed by the President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ranko Krivokapić, followed by holding of the ceremonious new year’s concert of young guitar players Ms Nađa Begović and Ms Nađa Grdinić, students of school for primary music education in Kolašin.
