The Agenda envisages establishing the basis for organising Montenegrin emigration of the South East Europe as well as manner of recognising and achieving communication between Montenegrin institutions and Montenegrin emigrants. The Counselling is, at the same time, the opportunity to get original information on significant issues regarding relation of Montenegro and its emigrants.

Delegation of the Parliament of Montenegro to participate at the Second Counselling of Montenegrin Emigrants of the South East Europe
Chairperson of the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration Mr Rifat Rastoder will participate at the Second Counselling of Montenegrin Emigrants of the South East Europe, which will be held in Ohrid (Republic of Macedonia), in the period 16-18 June of the current year.
