He graduated from the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics of the University of Montenegro, Department for Biology.
He obtained his professional training in the field of in-vitro fertilization (reproductive medicine) at the University Clinical Centre Maribor, Slovenia.
He started his work experience as a biology professor at Gymnasium “Petar I Petrović Njegoš” in Danilovgrad.
He is a founder and has been a director of NGO Green Home (2000-2012) for many years, he has been a member of the National Council for Sustainable Development, Commission for Cooperation with UNESCO and he is an active member of the Commission for Social Economic and Environmental policy of the International Union for Protection of Nature.
He works as an embryologist in the In-Vitro Fertilisation Centre in Podgorica.
He speaks English.
He is married, with three children.
