He graduated from the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Sarajevo, where he obtained the title of a political scientist. He completed his master studies at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Podgorica, in 2008. He is PhD student at the University of Montenegro.

He has been a long-term associate of NGOs in the field of human rights, Euro-Atlanticism and civic activism. He was engaged in projects related to promotion of multiculturalism in post-conflict zones of former Yugoslavia.

He was executive director of Teuta television from 2010 to 2012.

In 2010, he published his first book “Kosmopolitska kultura i globalna pravda“ ( “Cosmopolitan culture and global justice“).

He speaks English and Albanian language.
