“Dear students,

we all together celebrate your Day, the day which symbolizes source of creation of new values. Montenegro must keep you from social droughts and prepare fertile soil for your life.

Students have always been important collective of social processes, control of their flows and creative vision.

I firmly believe that you will take full advantage of your role as guardians offoundations of our state for establishing new, better and more beautiful one.

May your student days and knowledge gained be the most beautiful thing you carry with yourself through life.

On behalf of the Parliament of Montenegro and myself, I congratulate you, the light of Montenegrin future, the Day of Students.”
