The meeting of the two delegations is the first organised within parliamentary diplomacy, and it was agreed during Mr Krivokapić’s official visits to Moscow and Kiev.

President of the Parliament of Montenegro and OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Mr Ranko Krivokapić to organise a meeting of the Russian and Ukrainian delegations to the OSCE PA in Vienna today
Mr Krivokapić will hold talks with members of the two parliamentary delegations, during which a special focus will be placed on how to deescalate tensions and improve the overall dialogue and protect fundamental human rights.
