President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ranko Krivokapić issued a public call to the Bar Association of Montenegro, Medical Association of Montenegro, Association of Lawyers of Montenegro, University of Montenegro, and NGOs dealing with human rights to appoint a member of the Council for Civilian Control of Police Operations per organisation.
The subjects authorised to appoint a member of the Council are obliged to submit to the Parliament of Montenegro the act on appointment, so that the Parliament could note the conclusion of the appointment procedure.
