Twelfth meeting of the Inquiry Committee - Tobacco Plant Podgorica ends

The Inquiry Committee submitted to the Parliament a Report with proposal of measures

At today’s meeting of the of the Inquiry Committee for collecting information and facts on the events relating to the actions of competent state authorities in the protection of state property and public interest during the sale of assets of the JSC Tobacco Plant Podgorica in bankruptcy, within the item of agenda “Determining a Proposal for the Report of the Inquiry Committee for collecting information and facts on the events relating to the actions of competent state authorities in the protection of state property and public interest during the sale of assets of the JSC Tobacco Plant Podgorica in bankruptcy”, members of the Committee have voted on two proposals for reports, namely:  

- Proposal for the Performance Report of the Inquiry Committee for collecting information and facts on the events relating to the actions of competent state authorities in the protection of state property and public interest during the sale of assets of the JSC Tobacco Plant Podgorica in bankruptcy, submitted on 16 February 2016 by MPs: Mr Branko Čavor, Mr Predrag Sekulić, Mr Milorad Vuletić, and Mr Almer Kalač, and

- Draft Proposal for the Report of the Inquiry Committee for collecting information and facts on the events relating to the actions of competent state authorities in the protection of state property and public interest during the sale of assets of the JSC Tobacco Plant Podgorica in bankruptcy, submitted on 16 December 2015 by the Chairperson of the Committee Mr Aleksandar Damjanović.

Following the vote, the Committee unanimously, with seven votes “for”, decided to submit to the Parliament the Report with proposal of measures, proposed by the Chairperson of the Committee Mr Aleksandar Damjanović.
