In the continuation of the work, the Committee did not state its position on Proposal for adopting the Decision on organising a control hearing of the following: Vice President of the Government of Montenegro; Minister of Interior; Director of the National Security Agency; National security advisor to the president of Montenegro; Director of the Customs Administration and former Director of the National Security Agency and Minister for Foreign Affairs and European Integration, on the statement of the Advisor to the President of Montenegro given before the court, on 30 September 2013.

Thirteenth Meeting of the Security and Defence Committee
At the thirteenth meeting of the Security and Defence Committee, following the discussion, due to announced amendments, the Committee postponed a discussion on Proposal for the Law on Protection of Persons and Property; while in terms of consideration of the Annual Report of Foreign Trade with Controlled Goods for 2012, the Committee unanimously adopted the Report which is being submitted to the Parliament.
