Members of the Committee on Human Rights assessed that, given the wide range of powers and duties that the Ombudsman should perform in accordance with the Law on the Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms of Montenegro and the Anti-discrimination Law, the Proposal for the requests for budget funds allocation to the Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms for 2015 should be sustained.
