Chairwoman of the Gender Equality Committee met with the Head of the OSCE Mission to Montenegro

During the conversation, a willingness to continue the successful cooperation expressed

Chairwoman of the Gender Equality Committee, Nada Drobnjak, met today with the Head of the OSCE Mission to Montenegro, Janina Hrebickova.

Chairwoman of the Committee expressed her gratitude to the OSCE Mission to Montenegro for the support in the work of the Gender Equality Committee, especially in the area of monitoring the implementation of the Law on Gender Equality, cooperation with local communities and organizing of training on gender equality.

Ambassador Janina Hrebickova, presented an outline work plan of the OSCE Mission to Montenegro for the next period, in part related to gender equality.

Willingness to continue the successful cooperation was expressed during the conversation, especially when it came to cooperation with local communities, economic empowerment of women and the implementation of Resolution 1325 of the UN Security Council on "Women, Peace and Security".

The meeting was attended by the Head of the Democratization Programme, Lia Magnaguagno and Ana Milutinović, advisor to the program for the democratization of the OSCE Mission to Montenegro.
