At today’s thirteenth meeting of the Working Group of Parliamentary Dialogue on Preparing Free Elections, Draft manual on the use of devices for electronic identification of voters has been presented by the representatives of the Ministry of Interior. Aside from representatives of the Ministry of Interior, the meeting was attended by representatives of the State Election Commission.
