MPs of the Parliament of Montenegro ended today the Twelfth Sitting of the First Ordinary Sessions in 2013, adopting on that occasion: Proposal for Amendments I to XVI to the Constitution of Montenegro and Proposal for Constitutional Law for Implementation of Amendments I to XVI to the Constitution of Montenegro.
