On day one of the First Sitting of the First Ordinary (Spring) Session of the Parliament of Montenegro in 2015, the MPs adopted the following: Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of Montenegro and Government of the Republic of Austria for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income and on Property; Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Convention on Nuclear Safety; Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement between Montenegro and the European Union on the participation of Montenegro in the Union Civil Protection Mechanism; as well as Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of Montenegro and the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) on recognising Interpol Travel Documents.

Following this, the discussion on Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code of Montenegro has begun.
