President of the Parliament signs a book of condolence on the terrorist attacks in Paris

President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ranko Krivokapić today signed the book of condolence, opened in the French Embassy on the terrorist attacks in Paris. 

President Krivokapić wrote:

“The Republic of France has opened a universe of freedom for the entire modern civil world of democracy.

A duty of all of us is to defend that freedom of France.

The freedom has no price.

I express sincere condolence on behalf of the Parliament of Montenegro and on my own behalf.

Ranko Krivokapić”
