President of the Montenegrin Parliament voiced his gratitude for the ratification process of the NATO Accession Protocol for Montenegro, which Turkey had begun on 9 August. Thus this country had confirmed once more its strong friendship towards Montenegro and given support to its foreign policy priorities.

President Pajović emphasised that Montenegro appreciated the previous economic support of Turkey and the need for a more intensive cooperation in that field. In a very meaningful conversation the President of the Parliament of Montenegro and the Speaker of the National Assembly of Turkey discussed the manifold ties between the two countries and their institutions.
