In line with the Article 67, paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on National Awards, submitted by MP Emilo Labudović, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Obligatory Relations, submitted by 20 DF MPs, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Enforcement and Security of Claims, submitted by 20 DF MPs and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Criminal Code of Montenegro, submitted by 20 DF MPs.

The Committee considered and positively assessed the following: Proposal for the Law on Budget and Fiscal Responsibility, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on the Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms of Montenegro and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Tourist Tax.
