61st meeting of the Legislative Committee held

The Committee considered several proposals for laws 

At its 61st meeting held today, the Legislative Committee considered and by a majority of votes assessed that the following were not in line with the Constitution and legal system:

- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on the Capital City, submitted by MPs: Halil Duković, Nikola Gegaj, Tarzan Milošević, Miodrag Vuković, Žana Filipović, Zoran Jelić and Almer Kalač;

- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Territorial Organisation, submitted by MPs: Halil Duković, Nikola Gegaj, Tarzan Milošević, Miodrag Vuković, Žana Filipović, Zoran Jelić and Almer Kalač;

- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Local Self-Government Financing, submitted by MPs: Halil Duković, Nikola Gegaj, Tarzan Milošević, Miodrag Vuković, Žana Filipović, Zoran Jelić and Almer Kalač;

- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Local Self-Government, submitted by MPs: Halil Duković, Nikola Gegaj, Tarzan Milošević, Miodrag Vuković, Žana Filipović, Zoran Jelić and Almer Kalač;

In addition, the Committee considered and positively assessed the following:

- 2 Amendments  to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Games of Chance, submitted by: Zoran Jelić, Filip Vuković, Veljko Zarubica, Marta Šćepanović and Zorica Kovačević;

- 20 Amendment, submitted by MPs: Srđan Milić and Aleksandar Damjanović; Representative of proposer of amendments Mr  Aleksandar Damjanović informed members of the Committee that they gave up the Amendments number 21;

- 2 Amendments to the Law on Budget and Fiscal Responsibility, submitted by MP Aleksandar Damjanović;

In line with Article 67, para.1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider 2 Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Temporary Residence Fee, submitted by MP Ljerka Dragičević, due to her absence.
