Legislative Committee holds its 105th meeting

At its 105th meeting held today, the Legislative Committee considered and positively voted on Proposal for the Law on Conversion of Loans in Swiss Francs CHF into Euros EUR, submitted by MPs: Mr Nebojša Medojević, Mr Andrija Mandić and Mr Milan Knežević, and Proposal for the Decision on Opening Parliamentary Investigation and Establishing the Inquiry Committee for Collecting Information and Facts on Actions of Competent State Authorities on Protection of State Property and Public Interest on the Occasion of Selling the Property of JSC Aluminium Plant Podgorica (KAP) in Bankruptcy with Affiliated Companies and JSC Tobacco Plant Podgorica in Bankruptcy, submitted by a group of MPs.

In accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider Proposal for the Law on Supplement to the Criminal Code of Montenegro and Proposal for the Law on Supplement to the Law on Enforcement and Security, submitted by MP Mr Janko Vučinić.

Additionally, the Committee considered and assessed the following amendments as legally acceptable:

Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Public Prosecutor’s Office:

- amendment submitted by MPs Mr Predrag Bulatović and Mr Obrad Mišo Stanišić;

- amendment submitted by MP Ms Branka Tanasijević;

- amendment No. 5 submitted by MP Mr Rifat Rastoder ( at the meeting he abandoned amendments 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, and 8);

Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Special Public Prosecutor’s Office:

- 2 amendments submitted by MP Mr Rifat Rastoder;
- 4 amendments submitted by MPs Mr Aleksandar Damjanović and Ms Danijela Marković.

The Committee did not consider 8 amendments submitted by MP Mr Dritan Abazović, in accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro.
