Legislative Committee holds its 160th meeting

The Committee considered several proposals for laws

At today’s 160th meeting, the Legislative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro has considered and voted in favour of the following proposals for laws:
-
Proposal for the Law on Trainees in Courts and Public Prosecution Office and Bar Exam;
-
Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Liability of Legal Persons for Criminal Offences;
-
Proposal for the Law on Foreign Trade in Arms and Military Equipment;
-
Proposal for the Law on Maintenance of Residential Buildings;
-
Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law; and
-
Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law.

Additionally, the Committee has considered the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Bankruptcy Law, but the Committee delayed the vote on the said Proposal for the next meeting.

In line with Article 67, paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee has delayed the consideration of the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on State Medals and Awards.
