Legislative Committee holds its 164th meeting

The Committee considered several amendments

At today’s 164th meeting, the Legislative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro has considered the following amendments:

- 32 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Bankruptcy Law, namely: 26 amendments submitted by MPs: Mr Srđan Milić, Ms Snežana Jonica, Mr Aleksandar Damjanović, Mr Radosav Nišavić, Ms Danijela Marković, Mr Danko Šarančić and Ms Jelisava Kalezić; 3 amendments submitted by MPs: Mr Velizar Kaluđerović, Mr Neven Gošović, Mr Mladen Bojanić and Mr Dritan Abazović; 2 amendments submitted by MP Mr Izet Bralić and amendment submitted by MP: Mr Neven Gošović, Mr Mladen Bojanić and Mr Dritan Abazović;

- 2 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Administrative Fees, submitted by MPs: Ms Marta Šćepanović, Ms Azra Jasavić and Mr Filip Vuković;

- 5 amendments  to the Law on Court Experts, submitted by MPs Mr Almer Kalač, Mr Rešad Sijarić and Mr Suljo Mustafić;

- 2 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Trainees in Courts and Public Prosecution Office and Bar Exam, submitted by MPs: Mr Almer Kalač, Mr Rešad Sijarić and Mr Suljo Mustafić;

- 2 amendments to the Proposal for the Proposal for the Law on Interpreters, submitted by MP Mr Andrija Popović;

- 2 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Removal and Transplantation of Human Organs for Therapeutic Purposes, submitted by MPs Mr Halil Duković and Ms Marta Šćepanović;

- amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Takeover of Joint Stock Companies, submitted by MPs Mr Zoran Jelić and Ms Marta Šćepanović;

-  amendment to the Law on Cross-border Exchange of Electricity and Natural Gas, submitted by MPs Ms Maida Bešlić and Mr Filip Vuković.

In line with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider the following amendments:

- 5 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Administrative Fees, submitted by MPs Mr Srđan Milić;

- 6 amendment to the Law on Innovation Activity, submitted by MPs Ms Jelisava Kalezić and Mr Aleksandar Damjanović;

- amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Trainees in Courts and Public Prosecution Office and Bar Exam, submitted by MP Mr Miloš Konatar;

- amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Postal Services, submitted by MPs Mr Aleksandar Damjanović and Mr Danko Šarančić;

- amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, submitted by MPs Mr Srđan Milić.
