Following multiple constructive proposals by representatives of NGOs, the Council has agreed in general on forms of cooperation of the Council and the Agency for Prevention of Corruption with the NGOs. This issue will be normatively resolved by the Rules of Procedure of the Council of the Agency.
The Council considered the proposed amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the Council of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption submitted by NGOs. Members of the Council of the Agency were informed on the Activity Plan of the Director of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption until 1 January 2016. Director of the Agency pointed out that, by the fact of postponing the procedure for adoption of the Statute of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption and Proposal of the Budget of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption until the 1 January 2016, the submitted Activity Plan was amended. He also expressed readiness to submit the revised text of the Activity Plan for the next meeting of the Council. He assessed that the existing dynamics of the work of the Council bring into question implementation of commitments of the Council and Director of the Agency, with regard to creation of conditions for the beginning of work of the Agency.
Members of the Council have decided that the Proposal for the Statute of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption and Proposal of the Budget of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption until the 1 January 2016 should be included in the agenda of the next meeting of the Council.
