At the meeting of the Council of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption held today, the Rules of Procedure of the Council of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption were adopted by a majority vote (a total of five members of the Council voted, four “for” - Ms Goranka Vučinić, President of the Council, Mr Ristan Stijepović, Mr Radule Žurić and Mr Bojan Obrenović, and one “against” - Ms Vanja Ćalović, member of the Council). Following a several hours long constructive discussion, and a number of adopted amendments, the Council adopted the Rules of Procedure of the Council of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption. In accordance with Article 88 of the Law on Prevention of Corruption, the Rules of Procedure shall be published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro.
Members of the Council have decided to submit the requested information to the Network for Affirmation of Non-Governmental Sector (MANS) upon 16 requests, in accordance with provisions of the Law on Free Access to Information.
Within the item of the agenda: “Current issues”, members of the Council, among other things, were informed on the Proposal for the Visit Programme of co-rapporteurs of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe for Montenegro.
