At the beginning of today’s meeting of the Council of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption, the President of the Council voiced her pleasure over the fact that Mr Sreten Radonjić, Director of the Agency, in accordance with the agreement from the previous meeting, initiated consideration of the Proposal for the Rules on development and implementation of integrity plans, and informing the Council members on the instructions for filling out the Form of the report on income and property of a public official, and the Action Plan on the Implementation of Statutory Obligations with Regard to the Beginning of the Work of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption. She estimated that the proposed acts were developmental, comprehensive and clear, as well as that the employees of the Commission for Prevention of Conflict of Interests and the Directorate for Anti-Corruption Initiative, which had been engaged in the development of acts, had proven that they had the capacities to perform tasks from within the Agency’s competencies in an expert and professional manner, and at the highest level. Furthermore, she noted that the adoption i.e. giving support to the proposed acts contributed to creation of legal prerequisites and creation of other conditions for the beginning of the work of the Agency at full capacity.
Upon proposal by Mr Sreten Radonjić, Director of the Agency, the Council unanimously (total of five members of the Council voted - Ms Goranka Vučinić, President of the Council, Ms Vanja Ćalović, Mr Ristan Stijepović, Mr Radule Žurić and Mr Bojan Obrenović, members of the Council) adopted the Rules on development and implementation of integrity plans.
Pursuant to Article 7 paragraph 5 of the Statute of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption, upon proposal by Mr Sreten Radonjić, Director of the Agency, the Council unanimously (total of five members voted - Ms Goranka Vučinić, President of the Council, Ms Vanja Ćalović, Mr Ristan Stijepović, Mr Radule Žurić and Mr Bojan Obrenović, members of the Council) determined the memorandum of the Agency.
Under the item of the agenda “Current issues”, the Council members were informed on the instructions for filling out the Form of the report on income and property of a public official, which will be published on the website of the Agency, pursuant to Article 24 paragraph 5 of the Law on Prevention of Corruption, and the Action Plan on the Implementation of Statutory Obligations with Regard to the Beginning of the Work of the Agency.
