He graduated from the Faculty of Security in Skopje, Macedonia; he is a post-graduate student at the same faculty.

He worked at the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Public Administration of Montenegro, and also as a Head of the Criminal Police Department at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Macedonia. He has continued to work in private entrepreneurship.

He is married, with three children.
