He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica. He also has diplomas of a broker and a dealer at the capital market.

He acquired his working experience in the following companies: Montenegroexpress, Budva (1987-1990); Titex, Podgorica (1990-1993); DD МАP Industriaimport; Podgorica (1993-1995); Montenegroberza AD (1995-1996); Holder Broker AD (1996-2001); NEX Montenegro stock market (2001-2006); Aktiva Investments DOO, Aktiva Integra AD Podgorica (2007-2012).

He is a member of the following business associations: Board of Banks Association, other financial organizations and insurance of the Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro, as of 2002; and a deputy of the president of the Assembly of the Montenegro Association of Economists, as of 2011.

He speaks English.

He is married, with one child.
