 - Professor of South Slavic and Comparative Literature, graduated in 1997 from the University in Novi Sad, Serbia.

 - He completed a one-year specialisation in journalism (electronic and print media), at the Regional School of Media Plan, under the auspices of the French Government, Sarajevo, B&H, 2000

-   Vice President of the Parliament of Montenegro in the 25th Convocation, since 7 December 2012

-  Member of the Constitutional Committee, Security and Defence Committee and Committee on International Relations and Emigrants and Stabilisation and Association Parliamentary Committee (SAPC)

-   Member of the Parliament of Montenegro in the 24th Convocation (2009-2012) and 25th Convocation (since 2012)

-   Head of MP group of the Bosniak Party in the 24th Convocation of the Parliament
