On the agenda – formulation of proposals for the election of five judges of the Constitutional Court of Montenegro.

Tenth Sitting of the Second Ordinary Session of the Parliament of Montenegro in 2013 will be held tomorrow, on 27 December, starting at 16:00h. 

The Committee reached the agreement that the study visit of the Committee Delegation to Finland would be implemented in March 2014. 

On day three of the Eighth Sitting of the Second Ordinary Session of the Parliament of Montenegro in 2013, the consolidated discussion on several proposals for laws was continued 

At today’s meeting, the Committee considered and positively assessed the following: 

The amendment to the Proposal for the Resolution on Manner, Quality and Dynamics of the Integration Process of Montenegro to the European Union was adopted, and the Proposal for Montenegro Accession Programme to the EU and the Information on Bilateral Cooperation of Montenegro with the EU Member States were presented.

At today’s meeting, the Working Group for Building Trust in the Election Process, according to the agenda, was to formulate the set of proposals for laws that it was responsible for, in line with the Conclusions for Building Trust in the Election Process. 

The Committee provided consent to the Proposal of the Rulebook on Amendments to the Rulebook on Organisation and Systematisation of the Service of the Parliament, submitted by the Secretary General of the Parliament of Montenegro.
