Text of the joint declaration harmonised and recommendations adopted

Twelfth meeting of the European Union - Montenegro Stabilisation and Association Parliamentary Committee (SAPC) will be held in the Parliament of Montenegro, on 19 and 20 May 2016.

Declaration with Recommendations adopted 

Dynamics of negotiations between Montenegro and the EU positively assessed, and pointed out to the need for resolving open issues particularly in the field of rule of law and electoral legislation.       

The 11th meeting of the European Union - Montenegro Stabilisation and Association Parliamentary Committee (SAPC) will take place in Strasbourg, on 16 and 17 December 2015.

At today's preliminary meeting, the participants discussed the proposal for agenda of the 11th meeting of the European Union - Montenegro Stabilisation and Association Parliamentary Committee (SAPC), which will take place in Strasbourg, on 16 and 17 December 2015.

Meeting of the European Union - Montenegro Stabilisation and Association Parliamentary Committee (SAPC) will be held in mid-December.
