At their meeting held today, the Administrative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro of 25th Convocation, with the presence of the Secretary General of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Damir Davidović, MA, positively estimated the implementation of the Rulebook on Organisation and Systematisation of the Service of the Parliament of Montenegro, No. 00-32-5/13-197/1 of 31 July 2013.
The Committee also provided consent to the to the Proposal of the Rulebook on Amendments to the Rulebook on Organisation and Systematisation of the Service of the Parliament, submitted by the Secretary General of the Parliament of Montenegro, Mr Damir Davidović, MA, in accordance with the Decision on Providing Consent to the Rulebook on Organisation and Systematisation of the Service of the Parliament of Montenegro, No. 00-32-5/13-197/1 of 31 July 2013.
In accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament, the Secretary General of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Damir Davidović, MA, participated in the work of the meeting as the proponent of the act.
Upon the Proposal of the President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ranko Krivokapić, the Committee dismissed from duty the Ms Snežana Burzan, graduate of Political Science, from the position of Advisor to the President of the Parliament of Montenegro, upon her personal request.
The Committee also decided, upon the Proposal of the President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ranko Krivokapić to appoint Mr Marin Radojević, spec. sci. for finance, to the position of Advisor for Public Relations, who will professionally perform the duty of the Advisor to the President of the Parliament of Montenegro.
In accordance with the Law on Public Broadcasting Services of Montenegro, the Committee decided to initiate the procedure on appointing the Council of Radio Television of Montenegro by the end of January 2014.
In continuation of the 25th meeting, the Committee will formulate the Proposal for the Decision on appointment of one member of the Senate of State Audit Institution.
