34th meeting of the Legislative Committee held

The Committee considered and positively voted on the Proposal for the Law on Communal Police and the Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of Montenegro and the People’s Republic of China on Promotion of Cooperation in Building of Infrastructure. 

Serbian President Mr Tomislav Nikolić addressed the Parliamentary Assembly, during the fourth day of the Autumn Session. He pointed out that Serbia was a step away from a great opportunity and that it would not miss it as well as that Serbia would use all its capacities in order to become European country in every respect, in accordance with the basic values of the Council of Europe – protection of human rights, the rule of law and democracy. 

The Vice President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Branko Radulović, professor PhD, with his associates, will attend the Sixth Conference of the Speakers of the Parliaments of the Western Balkans countries, hosted by the National Assembly of Hungary.

The meeting was marked by the continuation of the discussion and harmonisation of views on the concept of the State Election Commission.

Meeting Mr Krivokapić – Mr Martoni

President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ranko Krivokapić to receive the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Hungary Mr János Martonyi, today

On the third working day, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe decided to restore the voting rights to the Icelandic Delegation, which meanwhile had complied with the PACE recommendation and appointed one woman as the permanent member of the Delegation, thereby honouring the PACE rules regarding the less represented gender in national delegations.
