Serbian President Mr Tomislav Nikolić addressed the Parliamentary Assembly, during the fourth day of the Autumn Session. Delegation of the Parliament of Montenegro to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe participates in the PACE Autumn Session (third working day)
On the third working day, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe decided to restore the voting rights to the Icelandic Delegation, which meanwhile had complied with the PACE recommendation and appointed one woman as the permanent member of the Delegation, thereby honouring the PACE rules regarding the less represented gender in national delegations.
