Mr Andrija Popović was born on 22 September 1959 in Kotor. He is graduate manager of tourism, and one of Montenegrin athletes with most trophies. He is the Vice President of the Montenegrin Olympic Club. He is a founder and a member of the Main Board and Council of the Liberal Party of Montenegro, and, as of 2009, the Party’s president.
