ANTI-CORRUPTION COMMITTEE

- monitors and analyses work of the state bodies, institutions, organisations and bodies in combating corruption and organised crime;

- considers issues and problems in implementation of the laws relating to combating corruption and organised crime and proposes their amendments;

- proposes additional measures for enhancement of strategies, action plans and other documents relating to corruption and organised crime; 

- considers applications and forwards them to competent bodies in accordance with indent 1 of this Article.
