Permanent Delegation of the Parliament of Montenegro to OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, gathering more than 200 parliamentarians from more than 50 countries, will participate at its Winter Meetings, which will be marked by the discussion on manner of addressing the crisis in Syria, Sahara and South Africa.

At the XII Winter Meetings, parliamentarians will be addressed by Mr. Riccardo Migliori, the President of OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, Ms. Barbara Prammer, the President of the National Council of Austria, Mr. Leonid Kozhara, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, acting as the representative of the Chairman of OSCE. The Winter Meetings will be also be marked with meetings of general committees, and the meeting of the Standing Committee and Joint meeting of the three general committees.
