58th Annual Session of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly Starts

Delegation of the Parliament of Montenegro consists of permanent members Mr. Borislav Banović and Mr. Vasilije Lalošević.

NATO Parliamentary Assembly started the work of 58th Annual Session with the meeting of secretaries of the delegation, during which organizational and technical issues of the gathering were discussed as well as the Draft Agenda of the Permanent Committee. Participants of the meeting were introduced with implemented preparations of Spring Session in 2013, which will be held in The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, in the period from 17th to 20th May 2013. Future activities of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly were also presented.

Upon that Coordination meeting of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly was held, attended by the Bureau members, chairmen of committee and subcommittee and reporters, as well as the meeting of the NATO Parliamentary Committee – Russia, which was composed of members of the Permanent Committee and leaders of the Delegation of Russia Federation.

58th Annual Session of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly is hosted by the Parliament of the Czech Republic, and on this occasion, it gathered some 350 parliamentarians from the 28 NATO member countries from North America and Europe, delegates from partner countries and observers, with the aim to discuss common international security concerns, presented in reports.

On this occasion, Delegation of the Parliament of Montenegro was composed of permanent members Mr. Borislav Banović and Mr. Vasilije Lalošević.
