On the 107 anniversary, we can state that the parliament represents the house of the citizens where the voice and the will of the people are expressed and decisions that rest on the highest values of society are made, with affirmation of dialogue and tolerance.

The Parliament of Montenegro is a key political institution, which in continuity promotes its position, not only in Montenegrin society, but also at the international level. The evidence of that lies in the evaluation in the last European Commission report, especially in the positive evaluation of the strengthening of the legislative and oversight mechanism, as well as the enhancing of administrative and professional capacities.

The Parliament of Montenegro recognised the room and suggestions for improvement of its work, and would therefore continue, on its own and in cooperation with domestic and foreign partners, to implement measures in all segments of its work, with a view to reaching the standards of the most developed countries of the European Union in the nearest future.
