First Conference of the National Convention on the European Integration of Montenegro, NCEI 2013-2014, is to be held in the Great Hall of the Parliament of Montenegro, today, starting at 10:00 am.
President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr. Ranko Krivokapić will address the participants at the beginning. The Prime Minister of the Government of Montenegro Mr. Milo Đukanović will also speak at the opening, as well as the Head of the EU Delegation to Montenegro, Mr. Mitja Drobnič, President of the European Movement in Montenegro, Mr. Momčilo Radulović, the State Secretary for the European Affairs in the Government of the Slovak Republic, Mr. Peter Javorčik and the representative of the Slovak Foreign Policy Association, Mr. Tomas Strazay.
Following the introductory statements, the topics planned for the sessions in 2013 will be explained, within six following groups, whose members are the representatives of the civic sector and public institution of Montenegro.
The project “National Convention on the European Integration of Montenegro”, is dedicated to creation of synergetic effects of all social forces in Montenegro, with the aim of strengthening and multiplication of the efforts for accelerating social, political and economic reforms within the process of the European integration, and it is organized by the European Movement in Montenegro and Slovak Foreign Policy Association in association with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic and SLOVAKAID, with participation of the Parliament and the Government of Montenegro.   
Electronic media will be able to directly broadcast the Conference, in an usual manner, by overtaking the signal from PBC, or in the room next to the journalist box in the Parliament of Montenegro.
