Representatives of the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration, Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget and Anti-CorruptionCommittee met with GRECO (Group of States against Corruption) experts, consisting of: Aneta Arnaudovska, judge, director of the Academy for Judges and public prosecutors (Macedonia), Jens-Oscar Nergård, Senior Advisor, Ministry of Local Government and Modernization (Norway), and Yüksel Yilmaz, chief Inspector, Deputy Head of the Prime Ministry Inspection Board (Turkey).
The meeting was held within the framework of the implementation of GRECO Round IV evaluations, which refer to "Combating corruption in relation to members of parliament, judges and public prosecutors". On that occasion, opinions have been exchanged about the work of the committee, particularly in the focus was the work and contribution of the Anti-CorruptionCommittee, implementation of rules relating to conflict of interest, lobbying, consideration of a set of draft laws on the judiciary, as well as contribution to the improvement of the control role of working bodies of Parliament.
On behalf of the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration, the meeting was attended by Rifat Rastoder, Chairperson of the Committee and Snežana Jonica, Deputy Chairperson of the Committee. On behalf of the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget Aleksandar Damjanović, Chairperson of the Committee, and on behalf of the Anti-Corruption Committee Obrad Mišo Stanišić, Deputy Chairperson of the Committee and Koča Pavlović, a member of Anti-CorruptionCommittee.
