At Faculty of Law, of the University of Montenegro, on 29th March, 2013, expert debate on judiciary reform was held, at which the report “Monitoring the work of courts in Montenegro” was presented. The aim of the research was monitoring transparency, approach to the justice, efficiency, organization, financial management and relations with users of the court administration service. Opening statements had: Mr. Duško Marković, the Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Justice, H.E. Mitja Drobnič, the Head of the EU Mission in Montenegro, Ms. Vesna Medenica, the President of the Supreme Court and Mr. Milan Marković, the President of the Constitutional Court.
Upon invitation, the expert debate was attended by MPs Ms. Snežana Jonica and Ms. Draginja Vuksanović, as well as representatives of the Professional Service of the Committee on Political System, Justice and Administration.
