Head of Montenegrin and Belgian Parliamentary Friendship Group, Vice President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Suljo Mustafić was pleased with the visit by his colleagues from the Belgian Parliament and pointed out that the two countries had traditionally good relations and a substantive bilateral cooperation, which was confirmed by intensive political contact and cooperation established at all levels. Vice President Mustafić pointed out that Belgian support in the process of European and Euro-Atlantic integration was very important to Montenegro.
Head of Belgian and Montenegrin Parliamentary Friendship Group Mr David Geerts assessed that Montenegro had made great progress in the process of European and Euro-Atlantic integration and that it had strong support of Belgium in the process.
Members of Montenegrin and Belgian Parliamentary Friendship Group concluded that the role of the friendship group was significant for deepening and promoting interparliamentary cooperation between the two countries.
