President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ranko Krivokapić and Head of the European Union Delegation to Montenegro Mr Mitja Drobnič today ceremoniously opened the Data centre of the Parliament of Montenegro, a project implemented with the European Union support.

Parliamentarism days, which this year symbolise 110 years of Montenegrin constitutionality, were marked by organising the First Parliament of Art. The Parliament of Art gathered, at the plateau in front of the Parliament, the youngest artists of the kindergarten age, primary school children – attendees of Democracy Workshops as well as students and professors of Montenegrin academies of art, who through drawings, recitations, music, singing and dancing supported the motto of manifestation “Libertati viam facere”, i.e. Making a road to freedom.

The exhibition of archival documents from the period 1905-1914 and from 1946 until to date was opened a day earlier.
