Thanking President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Darko Pajović for the invitation, President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Mr Pedro Agramunt informed him that the Bureau of that organisation had formed an Ad hoc Committee on the observation of the upcoming parliamentary elections in Montenegro, scheduled for 16 October of this year.
