Third and Fourth-Special Sitting of the Second Ordinary Session of the Parliament of Montenegro in 2013 ended

Five proposals for laws and seven reports adopted

On the eight day of the Second Ordinary Session of the Parliament of Montenegro in 2013, the following was adopted: Proposal for the Law on Conservation of Natural and Cultural-Historical Area of Kotor, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Electronic Commerce,Proposal for the Law on Organic Production, Proposal for the Law on Protection of Public Interests in Mining and Metallurgy Sector, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Administrative Taxes. Seven reports were adopted during the Third Sitting, namely: Performance Report on Energetic Sector in Montenegro in 2012, Report on the Insurance Market in Montenegro for 2012, Report on Development and Protection of Minority Rights and Other Minority Communities Rights in 2012, Performance Report of the Commission for the Control of Public Procurement Procedures for 2012, Performance Report of the Financial Stability Forum of Montenegro for 2012, Performance Report of the Deposit Insurance Fund for 2012, Performance Report of the Investment and Development Fund for 2012 with the Report of the Independent Auditor on Revision of Financial Statements of the IDF for 2012.

Proposal for the Law on Communal Police and Proposal for the Resolution on Manner, Quality and Dynamics of the Integration Process of Montenegro to the European Union were withdrawn from the procedure.

To recall, the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Constitutional Court as well as the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Judicial Council have been adopted earlier.

Following the termination of the Third Sitting, the Fourth-Special Sitting of the Parliament of Montenegro was also terminated – during which the Minister of Sustainable Development and Tourism in the Government of Montenegro Mr Branimir Gvozdenović answered parliamentary questions.

Five-Special Sitting of the Second Ordinary Session of the Parliament of Montenegro in 2013 is scheduled for tomorrow, at 12:00, and the Prime Minister Hours is on the Agenda.
