In the frameworks of the agenda item Elections and Appointments, the candidate for the Supreme State Prosecutor, Mr Goran Rodić, did not obtain required majority of the votes cast (three-fifths required).

In the continuation of the sitting, members adopted: the Proposal for the Law on Budget and Fiscal Responsibility and the Proposal for the Decision on the appointment of the Municipal Election Commission of Gusinje.
