The Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Obligatory Relations did not obtain required majority of the votes.

Within the agenda item Elections and appointments, candidate for the Supreme State Prosecutor of Montenegro, Ivica Stanković, did not obtain required two-third majority.
